Co-Founders Mark Luster and Tim Radcliff November 2024

Mark's expertise in hunting developed while growing up in South Central Illinois. He further refined his skills after leaving the US Marine Corps and returned to Illinois where he worked at a prison. Following his retirement, Mark transitioned into full-time consulting, assisting clients nationwide. His unique approach involves helping landowners understand how mature bucks utilize their terrain, showcasing his innate talent. Mark possesses a deep understanding of mature bucks' behavior and safe havens, despite not owning property himself and relying on permission to hunt. Remarkably, he successfully harvested 20 out of 21 Booners on permissioned grounds he couldn't manipulate. Clients value his exceptional skills, leading them to seek his services nationwide. During his travels, Mark occasionally encounters extraordinary farms that hold a special allure.  

Tim's passion for hunting began alongside his grandpa, Jedo. Despite growing up in Florida where fishing was more prevalent, Tim later served in the US Air Force for 5 years before transitioning to a career in banking. After a decade in banking, he ventured out to establish his own insurance agency catering to affluent families and celebrities, nurturing many of his clients into lasting friendships. Following the sale of his agency, Tim remained committed to problem-solving and the outdoors, particularly missing the serenity of the whitetail woods after years of global travel for work. Managing his own cattle farm and USDA slaughter facility, he embraced the opportunity to enhance land and habitat. Today, Tim dedicates his time to scouting and securing the finest whitetail hunting farms in the US, involving his family in the property management process.
